Booking and Payment Information

Bookings can be made by telephone, by fax, by e-mail or by post.

A booking form MUST be completed for all bookings.

When you sign the booking form you agree to our Booking Conditions. These are also set out in our brochure and are the terms that regulate your contract with Russell Hafter Holidays.

Completed booking forms may be faxed to 01946 862085 from UK fax machines or +44 1946 862085 from other countries.

A deposit of £60 per person is payable on booking. We make no surcharge on payment of the deposit by credit card.
We ask for details of a debit or credit card, or a cheque for the amount of the deposit, at the time of booking. Of course, cheques will only be banked and cards charged once we are able to confirm your booking in writing, which may take up to a week.
Please note that once your holiday has been confirmed by us in writing and the deposit has been paid, deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you use a credit card to make this payment, then the amount will be surcharged. See below for details.

We accept payments by Sterling cheque, by bank transfer in Sterling, Euro or Swiss Franks, by debit card and American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Since it costs us much less to accept payment by American Express, we would ask you to pay this way if possible, when using a credit card.

We make no surcharge for UK Debit Card payments. Our bank treats non-UK debit cards in the same way as credit cards.
The surcharge we make for accepting Credit Cards allows us to recover some, though by no means all, of the cost of accepting these cards.
