On account of the special nature of these walking tours,
where we require to book anything from four to ten separate small,
family run hotels, it is generally impossible to advise on
availability in advance of you making a booking. Please note too, that at some times of the year it can take several days before we are able to give you a final confirmation. Public Holidays Our hotels can get heavily booked in advance at the following times: 17-20 May, 25-28 May, 7-10 June, and 3 October. Please try to book several months in advance if you want to holiday over any of these dates. That said, provided you book well in advance, we can normally accommodate you, though we can give no absolute guarantees in advance of taking a booking. Late Bookings A 'Late Booking' is one less than 3 weeks from the date of departure. Booking at short notice involves us in additionl costs. Where a 'Late Booking' is possible, we reserve the right to levy a fee of £20 per booking. 'Late Bookings' including travel on Eurostar can be very expensive and can cost from £23 to (in rare cases) as much as £172 extra per person, which would have to be added to the holiday price. Booking Procedures Late bookings should always be made by phone. For other bookings, please submit your booking request by phone, by sending us a completed booking form by post or by fax, or by using the e-mail link towards the bottom of the holiday details page. At this stage we require a guarantee of payment, either in the form of debit or credit card details, or a cheque.
